Trayionna Walker
Born & raised in Youngstown, bringing over 10 years of direct experience working with at-risk youth as both direct care staff and a Behavioral Health Specialist, paired with a Master’s Degree in Accounting.
“YNOT Woods is a dream I once dreamed for myself , a dream that grew into a dream for others. Being able to give back to the very community where I once needed this kind of safe space is more than purpose; it's full circle. Every teen we welcome home is a reminder of who I used to be, and proof of who they can still become.”

Shienne Williams
A Youngstown native with prior board service at the YWCA of the Mahoning Valley, she brings institutional finance and governance expertise, holding a Master’s in American Studies from Youngstown State University.
“YNOT Woods to me is an investment in the next generations future, whom some have forgotten. Young people struggling with unimaginable circumstances come to us and realize impossible dreams, through stability, continuing support and a community that is home.”

Bringing over five years of accounting and tax experience across nonprofit and for-profit organizations with financial stewardship skills, she holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Accounting.
“To me, YNOT Woods Home is about making sure no young person feels invisible. By raising awareness of youth homelessness, we’re building toward something concrete, a safe space where they can feel secure.”

Ylonda Hargrow
Supplying a strong analytical foundation from over four years as a Pricing and Cost/Contract Analyst alongside experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator. She holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Management with a concentration in Data Analytics.
“YNOT Woods means hope, support, and a fresh start for displaced youth. Growing up in Warren, just 15–20 minutes from Youngstown, this mission is close to my heart because I’ve seen the needs in our community. As a foster parent, I know how important it is for young people to have a safe place, caring adults, and opportunities to succeed. I’m proud to be part of an organization that’s helping build a brighter future for our youth.”
